External Engagement Advisor
Location: Leicester (LE3 1UF), Bristol (BS16 1EJ), Warrington (WA3 6YD), Carlisle (CA24 3HZ), Moor Row (Cumbria)
Working arrangement: Hybrid – onsite or hybrid with an expectation of approximately two days per week in the office

Role
As an External Engagement Advisor, you will build the future talent pipeline for one of the UK's leading nuclear businesses, engaging schools, colleges, universities, and community partners.
- Lead STEM outreach and engagement activities across educational institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate engagement events and act as the central point of contact for outreach activities.
- Promote early-career opportunities and strengthen Cavendish Nuclear's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on engagement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and share best practice.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point and Excel.
- Confident presenter to groups and engaged with diverse audiences.
- Experience in early careers, outreach, education, engagement, or talent attraction environments is advantageous.
