The role:

As a Project Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth delivery of projects within our Marine sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in defence, aerospace, and engineering—an industry that protects national security and drives innovation. You’ll be at the heart of the team, helping to coordinate activities, maintain organisation, and ensure everything runs efficiently. Day-to-day, you’ll be required to:

  • Providing administrative support to the project team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Supporting site visits by organising access, passes, inductions, and welfare arrangements
  • Preparing, recording, and distributing meeting minutes while tracking actions and follow-ups
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to keep activities aligned and on track

This is a full‑time role (Monday to Friday) based on site at Rosyth with hybrid working patterns available.

Essential experience:

  • Demonstrating proven experience in an administrative or project support role
  • Communicating clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to support shared goals
  • Showing strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach

Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A qualification in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous

Security Clearance:

The successful candidate must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
