The role:
As a Junior Creative Content Producer, you’ll help transform complex ideas into compelling, accessible, and inspiring multimedia content. Your work will play a vital role in showcasing our sustainability, safety, engineering, and operational achievements - helping colleagues, customers, and partners understand the impact we make across defence, aerospace, and engineering.
Day‑to‑day you’ll be required to:
- Deliver engaging multimedia content including video, photography, and digital design.
- Produce, shoot, and edit creative assets from concept through to delivery.
- Work closely with communications, marketing, operations, and technical teams to bring their messages to life.
- Develop fresh ideas that support awareness campaigns, learning content, branding, and internal/external communications.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and recommend innovative approaches to content creation.
This role is full time, 36 hours per week, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Essential experience:
- Strong experience in visual content production, including video and photography.
- Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for editing and motion graphics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working collaboratively and independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Degree‑level qualification or relevant training/education in media, film, digital design, or a related field.
Security Clearance:
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
