The role

As a Digital Assistant, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. In this role, reporting to the Global Head of Employee Experience and HR Communications, you’ll bring enthusiasm and a passion for enhancing internal communications and enriching the employee experience across the organisation.

Day-to-day, you’ll produce eye-catching designs for the People Strategy team, maintain and update content across managed SharePoint sites, and creating email templates to support internal communications. You’ll also:

  • Collate information for vlogs and blogs to communicate with colleagues on various internal initiatives or projects
  • Creating visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for leadership, internal teams, and strategic meetings.
  • Send out internal communications about company updates, events, colleague achievements.
  • Assisting with the creation of newsletters and other colleague engagement materials.

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and is adaptable and can be delivered from any location across the UK with travel to our Bristol and Wigmore Street offices as required.

Essential experience of the Digital Assistant:

  • Comfortable with tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), and email marketing platforms. Experience with HTML, Adobe Suite and Canva knowledge is a plus.
  • Good writing skills and excellent command of English (or willing to learn) for blog posts, emails, and presentations. Able to adapt writing style to different audiences
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for exploring people strategy, with a keen interest in how internal communications shape company culture and influence colleague experience.
