The role
As a Contracts and Onboarding Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the heart of our people operations, driving process excellence, legal compliance and continuous improvement. Day-to-day, you’ll lead a dynamic team responsible for delivering a seamless and compliant onboarding experience for new hires, internal movers and emerging talent.
- Leading and developing a team of Onboarding and Contract Administrators
- Managing the preparation, issuing and tracking of employment contracts
- Overseeing onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new starters
- Collaborating with legal and HR teams to maintain compliant contract templates
- Driving process improvements and monitoring performance against SLAs
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home.
Essential experience
- Proven experience in HR administration, contracts management or onboarding coordination
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in HR or contract administration
Preferred
- CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Experience with digital contract management platforms
- Familiarity with onboarding tools and HR software

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
