As an Assistant Service Delivery Manager, you’ll support the delivery and performance of a portfolio of IT services and contracts, ensuring they meet business needs and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. You will maintain service performance, support customers, and enable mission‑critical systems in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery and performance of IT services, ensuring SLA and KPI targets are met
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and third‑party service providers
- Producing and analysing service reports covering incident, change, release and problem management
- Supporting incident resolution, service requests and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contributing to service development, contract renewals and customer proposals
Essential Experience
- Experience working within IT service management or service delivery environments
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management standards such as ISO20000 or ISO9000
- Understanding of software support processes and service lifecycle activities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels
Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation (or higher) qualification – Essential
