The role:
As a Bid Coordinator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. We are looking for ambitious, energetic, and detail-driven people who are brave and able to find a way to deliver – to test, learn, and adapt and raise the bar. Our customers are at the centre of all we do, so we are looking for people who can help us and our customers work together to grow our business.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Co-ordinate responses to growth opportunities, supporting functional leads, Business Development, Project and Bid Managers through the business winning lifecycle.
- Production of Proposals including Expressions of Interest, Prequalification Questionnaires, Invitations to Tender and Unsolicited Proposals.
- Support the development of bid capture plans.
- Tender Requirements Management including managing the day-to-day collation of proposal documentation, schedule adherence and resource management.
- Administration support to business winning teams, including meeting diaries, minutes, register updates and administration, management of sub-contract requirements for business winning activities.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.
Essential experience of the Bid Coordinator:
- Good general level of education, numerate and able to communicate well at all levels, both verbally and through formal written correspondence.
- High level of organisational / administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including copy editing, grammar, style, spelling and punctuation, and accurate proof reading skills.
- Flexible and open to changing priorities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and within compressed timeframes.
Qualifications for the Bid Coordinator:
- Ideally you will be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Business, Engineering or similar.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
