The role
As a Repair Administrator you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This role offers the chance to be a vital contributor to the repair team’s success.
Day-to-day, you’ll provide essential administrative support and play a key role in facilitating repairs across internal teams and industry partners. You\’ll also:
- Convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders as directed by the repairs team
- Process issuing of unserviceable assets to industry
- Engage with warehouse team to pick and distribute unserviceable assets
- Work with the internal procurement team to ensure purchase orders are raised in a timely and compliant manner
- Amend purchase orders as directed by the repairs team
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home. This role can be based at either our Bristol, Andover or Donnington site.
Essential experience of the Repair Administrator
- Competent with Microsoft Office (predominantly excel)
- Self-motivated and able to manage own workload, ensuring deadlines are met
- Able to adapt well to ever changing priorities in a fast-paced working environment
- Experience of SAP is preferable but not essential
Qualifications for the Repair Administrator
- Educated to Level 2 in National Qualification Framework (NQF) as a minimum (GCSE grade C or above, level 1 National Vocational qualification (NVQ), Level 1 diploma)
