The role
As a Project Manager, you’ll support the delivery of capability and service under our Land Cyber Electromagnetic Activity contracts, working closely with customers and stakeholders. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting Delivery, Innovation, and Growth Teams through project controls.
- Maintaining and improving the ERP system, supporting change proposals with the Service Management team.
- Planning, monitoring, controlling projects, and providing reports to the Land Cyber Electromagnetic Activity leadership team to aid decision-making, collaborating with finance, commercial, supply chain, and engineering teams.
This full-time role (37 hours/week) offers hybrid working with 2-3 days onsite and may require travel to sites such as Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.
Essential experience
- Proficiency in project controls tools and decision-making data.
- Skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and operational thinking.
- Knowledge of project management processes and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Cyber Electromagnetic Activity contracts or complex defence and communications programmes is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Relevant project management qualification such as APM, Chartered status, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks is beneficial.
Security Clearance
The candidate must be eligible for and able to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
