About the Role
Babcock is searching for confident, charismatic Corporate Receptionists to be the heart of our team. With one role at our facility in Woodville North and another at Keswick, this is your chance to be the first friendly face our guests and employees see every day. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the ultimate multitasker, effortlessly managing incoming calls, greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism, and ensuring seamless front-desk operations. You’ll coordinate meeting spaces, oversee event setups, manage office supplies, and handle mail and deliveries—all while keeping the workplace running. Security is key, so you’ll also be responsible for visitor sign-ins and front gate access.

To be successful, you will bring:
- Australian Citizenship with a Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain).
- Year 12 secondary education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a Receptionist or Administration role.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, including strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise work.
- Proactive with a positive attitude and flexible approach to work.
- High level computer skills and MS suite skills.
- Display a high level of maturity with the ability to work autonomously.
