As a Workforce Planning Administrator, you\’ll have a role that is out of the ordinary. You will streamline our resourcing operations and ensure the smooth execution of assessment centre activities. This role is key to maintaining operational efficiency and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate resourcing operations and support seamless delivery of assessment centres
  • Manage requisitions and interview scheduling for Vehicle Mechanic vacancies
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidate communications and recruitment activity
  • Ensure smooth workforce planning through accurate administration and process management
  • Provide general administrative support across the team.

This role is full time working 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements, mainly based on site at DSG Donnington, Shropshire.

Qualifications

  • Experience in coordination or administrative roles, preferably in HR or workforce planning
  • Skilled in candidate management and engagement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data tracking systems
  • Highly organisations with strong attention to detail
  • Effective multitasker with strong prioritisation skills
  • The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
