Role
- Deliver, maintain and enhance SuccessFactors functionality within our SAP (Neptune) organisation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient HR processes that support our mission.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert functional and configuration support for SuccessFactors HR (Employee Central, LMS, Onboarding, People Analytics, Role‑Based Permissions) and Payroll.
- Lead configuration and support for modules including Employee Central, LMS, Onboarding, People Analytics and Role‑Based Permissions.
- Review and communicate SuccessFactors releases, enhancements and updates.
- Collaborate with HR Business Solutions and SuccessFactors teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Drive application research and innovation to improve system performance.
Essential Experience
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central & LMS or equivalent experience.
- Hands‑on configuration and support experience with SuccessFactors.
- Proven track record in managing projects, changes and releases.
- Experience with integration tools such as Boomi and CPI.
- Strong knowledge of HR master data structures, portlets and reporting.
Qualifications
- SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central & LMS) preferred.
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) clearance. National security clearance and trade control restrictions apply; eligibility may depend on nationality and residency.
