We're looking for Bid Solutions Analysts to join our DSG Land business, supporting Through Life Equipment Support (TLES) and major bid activity across the organisation. This is a pivotal role at the intersection of operations, commercial strategy, and bid delivery. You'll help translate customer requirements into robust, deliverable solutions that balance cost, risk, capability, and operational reality.

Role:

  • Working closely with subject matter experts across engineering, procurement, commercial, and delivery teams, you'll shape operational responses to customer change requests and commercial enquiries.
  • You'll assess feasibility, define solution options, and ensure proposals are aligned with both customer needs and business strategy.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Develop and shape operational solutions to support bids, change requests, and commercial opportunities.
  • Engage SMEs to assess requirements across people, skills, capacity, cost, and risk.
  • Define solution options and clearly articulate assumptions, constraints, and impacts.
  • Support bid teams by providing robust operational input aligned to commercial strategy.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, ensuring solutions are deliverable and sustainable.

This is a full time, permanent role with hybrid working (typically 3 days per week onsite). The role can be based in Warminster (preferred) or Donnington.

Essential experience of the Bid Solutions Analyst:

  • Experience working in bid, commercial, financial, or solution shaping roles within a regulated environment.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with a structured, analytical mindset.
  • Confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels and pulling together complex inputs.
  • Ability to balance operational reality with commercial.
