Babcock International is hiring an Internal Quality Assurer to support our MOD Apprenticeships programme across the South of England.

Based in Salisbury with hybrid working, you will ensure assessment standards, quality and compliance.

You will observe learning sessions, develop sampling plans, coach delivery teams and lead standardisation activities to drive continuous improvement.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary (£44,000) plus benefits and travel to apprenticeship sites.
