The role involves developing a skilled, safe and high-performing workforce. Working closely with operational teams, you'll deliver engaging technical training, assess competence, support continuous improvement initiatives and help build the capabilities that drive operational success.

Day-to-day, you will be:
- Delivering classroom, workshop, on-the-job and digital training programmes.
- Supporting employee onboarding and skills development activities.
- Conducting competence assessments and providing coaching to individuals and teams.
- Maintaining training records, learning management systems and competency frameworks.
- Using training data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.
This role is site-based with regular travel to locations across the UK and potential travel to other DSG sites.
Essential experience:
- Experience delivering technical or vocational training.
- Experience supporting workforce development and capability improvement.
- Ability to engage and influence learners from a range of technical backgrounds.
- Experience assessing competence and providing coaching or mentoring.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- RQF Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant technical or trade discipline.
Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
