If you join us, you can play your part as a Programme Manager at any of our Cavendish hubs, near Bristol, Newbury, Leicester, Glasgow or Warrington.

The role:

  • Leading programme delivery across multiple large-scale nuclear projects, ensuring performance against cost, schedule and quality targets.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, acting as a key interface with customers, partners and internal teams.
  • Identifying, assessing and mitigating risks and opportunities to drive successful outcomes.
  • Overseeing financial management, forecasting and commercial performance of programmes.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to allocate resources and deliver strategic objectives.

Essential experience of the Programme Manager:

  • Demonstrating significant experience applying advanced project and programme management techniques in regulated environments.
  • Managing full lifecycle delivery of large-scale, multi-million-pound projects or portfolios.
  • Showing strong commercial awareness, including contract and financial management expertise.
  • Leading and developing multidisciplinary teams to achieve high performance.
  • Understanding financial controls and forecasting within complex project environments.

Qualifications for the Programme Manager:

  • A relevant professional qualification in project or programme management would be advantageous.
  • Degree-level qualification in engineering, business, or a related discipline is desirable.

Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
