Overview

As a Programme Manager, you\’ll have a role that\’s out of the ordinary. You\’ll take on a pivotal leadership role within one of our most complex and high-value programmes. You\’ll be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for our clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality within the project
  • Deliver the programme to baseline schedule, cost and performance criteria
  • Establish and maintain governance arrangements aligned with our Business Management System
  • Plan and monitor the programme (profit & loss), reporting regularly to the Sponsor
  • Manage customer interface and project risks, implementing effective responses
  • This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, with flexibility within core hours, based at either Stoke Gifford, Gloucestershire or Warrington, Cheshire on a hybrid pattern (2 to 3 days onsite).

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership at Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager level
  • Experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) environments
  • Strong understanding of NEC4 contract frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Full lifecycle project delivery within industrial, engineering or civils sectors
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Chartered status or equivalent is advantageous

Security Clearance

Based at Stoke Gifford, Gloucestershire or Warrington, Cheshire.
