We deliver engineering, support and critical systems across defence, aerospace and security work that directly protects lives and keeps vital national infrastructure mission‑ready. It is purposeful, long‑term and future‑focused.
The role:
- As a Systems Applications and Products Solution Lead – Quality Management, you’ll own the analysis, design, configuration and support of enterprise Quality Management solutions integrating user interfaces (including Fiori), data and cross‑module processes to improve performance across our divisions.
- Day‑to‑day, you’ll shape how quality flows through manufacturing, maintenance and supply chains, giving you influence that stretches from shop floor to strategic programme outcomes while accelerating your own career in defence, aerospace and engineering.
- Configure and optimise Systems Applications and Products Quality Management (QM) in ECC6, including integrations with Plant Maintenance (PM), Project Systems (PS), Materials Management (MM), Production and Procurement.
- Design and enhance user experiences using Fiori and related user interfaces, ensuring processes and data are robust and intuitive.
- Lead and document blueprinting, requirements gathering and solution architecture for cross‑divisional programmes (including Neptune‑enabled apps).
- Resolve and improve end‑to‑end quality processes owning issue triage, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate and influence stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, finance, HR and programme leadership to land change at scale.
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days onsite and days working from home.
Essential experience:
- Proven hands‑on leadership of at least two full project lifecycles delivering Systems Applications and Products Quality Management covering design, configuration and support.
- Strong track record delivering Quality Management on large enterprise programmes (preferably in complex, regulated environments).
- Solid understanding of integration across Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Plant Maintenance and Production.
- Excellent business process knowledge in Quality Management and related data models.
- Experience with Materials Management and Plant Maintenance (and/or Production) is desirable.
