The role involves:
- Leading training analysis and design activities to identify and meet workforce capability needs
- Managing and developing a team of analysts and learning design specialists
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to create effective, high-quality training solutions
- Designing structured training approaches aligned to operational and regulatory requirements
- Driving continuous improvement across training processes, systems and learning interventions
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.
Essential experience includes:
- Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting training or workforce requirements
- Proven ability to deliver projects to time, cost and quality targets
- Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, commercially aware approach with a focus on continuous improvement
Qualifications include:
- Degree-level qualification in training analysis, technical discipline, or equivalent experience
Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
