As a Senior Business Support Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role at the heart of our Naval Nuclear business, supporting Waterfront Operations – an essential function delivering berthing, diving, rigging, waste management and maintenance of marine assets.

Day-to-day, you'll be required to:

  • Lead reporting activities, coordinate key performance indicators and produce insightful dashboards
  • Prepare business unit review packs and facilitate cross-functional meetings
  • Develop forecasts and support business cases to drive contract growth and change
  • Manage contract risk reporting and support mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to track actions and improve operational performance

This is a 35-hour per week role, based at Devonport Dockyard. Hybrid working patterns are available.

Qualifications

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
