You'll work with programme managers, engineering teams and customers to shape quality strategy and drive continuous improvement.
You'll influence culture, embed best practices, and manage risk-based assurance to deliver successful project outcomes.

- Develop and implement Project Quality Plans
- Establish and monitor KPIs
- Drive best-practice quality approach
- Manage and implement quality risk-based assurance activities
- Key Requirements
- Tasks
- Considerable practical experience in a related industry
- Experience implementing quality improvements and culture change
- Experience writing and implementing quality processes
- Knowledge across product lifecycle quality disciplines
- Problem-solving tools (FMEA, 8D, 5 Whys) and leading investigations
- ONC, HNC or NVQ Level 3 in quality/science/engineering
- Experience in a Quality or Engineering Leadership role
- Chartered Membership of an applicable body (CQI) preferred
- ISO 9001 / AS9100 lead auditor
- Need to obtain Security Check (SC) and Developed Vetting (DV) clearance
