Babcock is seeking an Improvement Manager at Devonport Royal Dockyard to support the 10 Dock Redevelopment Programme. You will identify, develop and implement improvements to processes and working practices across the project lifecycle, driving efficiency and delivery excellence.
The role is full time, 35 hours per week on site, with strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence multidisciplinary teams to achieve programme objectives. Security clearance (SC) is required.
