As a PeopleCentre Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our people have the timely, accurate and supportive service they need throughout their career with us. At Cavendish Nuclear, we are working to create a safe and secure world, together, and if you join us, you can play your part as a PeopleCentre Administrator at our Warrington, Cheshire site.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting payroll submissions accurately and on time
  • Responding to employee queries and signposting to the appropriate specialist teams
  • Managing enquiries related to benefits, salary sacrifice, maternity, paternity and sickness
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure queries are resolved promptly and professionally
  • Handling a high-volume workload while maintaining a positive and solutions-focused approach
  • Demonstrating previous HR administrative experience with the ability to manage a large and varied workload
  • Using Microsoft Office applications confidently
  • Providing excellent customer service within a customer-facing role
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with stakeholders
  • Working effectively as part of a team in a busy environment

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrating previous HR administrative experience with the ability to manage a large and varied workload
  • Using Microsoft Office applications confidently
  • Providing excellent customer service within a customer-facing role
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with stakeholders
  • Working effectively as part of a team in a busy environment
  • Be eligible to obtain and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role
