The role involves:
- Enabling the effective delivery of nuclear programmes by providing structured business support across operational, governance and performance activities.
- Contributing to the safe and efficient operation of one of the UK's most important defence and nuclear environments.
- Supporting the coordination of business operations to ensure effective programme delivery.
- Managing governance activities, including reporting, planning and performance tracking.
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to improve processes and efficiency.
- Providing oversight and organisation of business support functions across the team.
- Ensuring compliance with nuclear, regulatory and company standards.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.
Essential experience:
- Demonstrable experience in a business support, operations or coordination role.
- Experience working within a regulated or complex environment (e.g. nuclear, engineering, defence).
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against deadlines.
- Experience supporting governance, reporting or operational processes.

The successful candidate must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
