Responsibilities
- Support military training and key events with high-quality photographic and video content.
- Capture impactful moments, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage tasks and workflows.
- Capture photographs and video across training, events, and official engagements.
- Support recruit training activities, including group photography and graduation events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver visual media aligned to operational requirements.
- Manage photographic tasks, workflows, and priorities within the department.
- Maintain photographic standards, equipment, and performance data in line with team objectives.
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of photography principles and equipment.
- Apply video capture and editing skills using relevant software.
- Work effectively in structured or regulated environments.
- Show understanding of working within a military or similar environment.
- Manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines.
Working Conditions
This full-time role is based at RAF Halton, Buckinghamshire – 39 hours per week (Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 09:00-16:00). Occasional travel to training locations such as Bramley and Crickhowell is expected.
Qualifications
- HND or equivalent in Photography, Media, or a related discipline.
- Full, valid UK driving licence.
Security Clearance
Must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance.
