As Quality Director, you will lead quality excellence across the MEH Alliance on the Hinkley Point C project, shaping governance, assurance, and continuous improvement. You will align standards across multiple partners and drive credible quality records and documentation. You will foster accountability and an engineering-focused culture of performance and compliance, enabling safe and reliable delivery of complex installations. This role offers high visibility and strategic impact on a nationally significant nuclear program.
Lead the quality strategy across the alliance and integrate quality into project delivery.
Align quality standards, processes, governance, and expectations across partners.
Oversee production, verification, and timely acceptance of quality records and documentation.
Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Provide strategic leadership on quality performance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and organizational capability development.
Key requirements:
- Significant senior leadership experience in quality management within large-scale construction, infrastructure, engineering, energy, or nuclear environments.
- Proven success developing and implementing quality strategies within complex, highly regulated industries.
