You will join us as an External Engagement Advisor based at one of our key locations: Moor Row (Cumbria), Warrington (Cheshire), Leicester (Leicestershire) or Bristol.
As an External Engagement Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in building the future talent pipeline for one of the UK’s leading nuclear businesses. Day-to-day, you will:
- Lead STEM outreach and engagement activities across schools, colleges, universities and community partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate engagement events and act as the central point of contact for outreach activity.
- Promote early careers opportunities and strengthen Cavendish Nuclear’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on engagement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and share best practice.
This role is based at one of our key locations Moor Row (Cumbria), Warrington (Cheshire), Leicester (Leicestershire) or Bristol, working 37 hours per week. Hybrid working patterns are available with an expectation of approximately two days per week in the office. Travel to other Cavendish Nuclear locations is typically around once per month.
Essential experience
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Confident presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in early careers, outreach, education, engagement or talent attraction environments is advantageous.
Qualifications

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) clearance.
