If you join us, you can play your part as a Valet at RAF High Wycombe, supporting our Transport Services team to ensure fleet vehicles are clean, safe and ready for use.
The role involves cleaning vehicles, carrying out basic maintenance checks and supporting the team with associated tasks across a busy fleet environment.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities:
- Refuelling, washing, cleaning and carrying out basic roadworthiness checks on fleet vehicles.
- Keeping the DI (Daily Inspection) bays clean, tidy and ready for use.
- Reporting any health and safety issues or incidents to the Senior Controller.
- Supporting the Transport Services Manager and wider team with routine tasks as required.
- Delivering excellent customer service and upholding high operational standards.
This is a part‑time role based onsite at RAF High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, working 20 hours per week, across five days per week, with 4-hour shifts starting between 14:00 and 16:00.
Essential experience of the Vehicle Valet:
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications for the Vehicle Valet:
- Full, clean UK driving licence with no restrictions.
Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
