As a Fleet Compliance Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting Ministry of Defence fleet operations by ensuring critical vehicle compliance data is accurate, up to date, and legally compliant. This is much more than an administration role. You'll help maintain the quality and integrity of vehicle records that support the safe and effective operation of fleets across the defence sector. Day-to-day you'll be required to:
- Validate vehicle compliance records to ensure data accuracy and legal compliance.
- Identify discrepancies, anomalies, and missing information across fleet management systems.
- Process reports and maintaining accurate vehicle documentation and records.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve data and compliance queries.
- Support administrative activities that enable safe and efficient Ministry of Defence fleet operations.
The role is based onsite at Bristol, and the set working times are Monday to Friday, totalling 37 hours per week. Once fully trained and competent in the role, hybrid working patterns are available.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
- Ability to identify discrepancies, anomalies, or incomplete information.
- Good information technology skills and confidence using computer systems.
- Accurate keyboard and data entry skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Qualifications for the Fleet Compliance Administrator:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
Security Clearance The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
