You’ll take responsibility for processing and managing safety occurrences, coordinating technical assessments, supporting audit activity, and helping the business meet the highest aviation safety standards. This role offers you the opportunity to work alongside subject‑matter experts, engineering leaders and compliance teams, making a meaningful impact on operational safety and continuous improvement.

Day‑to‑day, you will:

  • Support department heads with root cause analysis and the development of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Work with the Engineering Management Team to ensure procedures meet regulatory standards and are consistently applied during maintenance.
  • Support continuous improvement and ensure workforce competency through appropriate training, assessment and guidance.

This is a full‑time role, working 40 hours per week and is based on site at Gloucestershire Airport, Staverton.

  • Experience within the rotary maintenance environment (desirable).
  • Experience working with OEMs or service providers (desirable).

Qualifications:

  • Foundation Degree in Aerospace Engineering; or Aerospace Apprenticeship with considerable industry experience, ideally holding a Part‑66 AML.

Security Clearance:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role. Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
