The role As an Integrated Business Planning Lead, you'll lead the development and implementation of a modern, digitally enabled planning framework across Babcock Marine. Joining the newly established Planning Governance Team, you'll play a key role in bringing together strategic planning, workforce planning, capacity planning and operational delivery into a single integrated approach. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing function at a formative stage, giving you the chance to influence processes, shape new digital planning tools and drive meaningful change across a diverse portfolio that includes shipbuilding, engineering, maintenance, in-service support and international growth programmes.
