The role
As a Senior Project Manager, youâll have a role thatâs out of the ordinary. Youâll be managing complex projects and operating at an advanced level, supporting on well established, Nuclear Defence Project.
Day to day, youâll:
- Be responsible for all aspects of projects delivery to desired time, cost and quality restraints
- Establish and maintain governance arrangements for the delivery of the project, defining clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities
- Deliver world class performance by means of employee engagement, continuous improvement and identifying and implementing the latest technology
- Lead on Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality within the project
- Plan and control finances as a means of driving performance
This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis and consists of a 37 hour working week. This role offers hybrid working arrangements with 2-3 days onsite, based in Warrington, Cheshire.
Essential experience of the Senior Project Manager
- Relevant Experience within a Senior Project Management role
- Extensive experience of EVM (Earned Value Management)
- Aware of various contracting methodologies (e.g. FIDIC/NEC3, NEC4/JCT etcâŚ)
- Full project lifecycle experience from bid phase through to close out
