Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end commercial lifecycle for a complex, multi‑phase project.
- Oversee contract delivery, ensuring compliance with NEC methodologies and commercial best practice.
- Lead supplier and contract management activities, including early warnings and change control.
- Partner with project teams and joint venture colleagues to support decision-making and risk management.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This position is a 37‑hour‑per‑week role, based at our Warrington site. Hybrid working patterns are available. Bristol may be considered for the right candidate.
Essential experience
- Experience managing contracts of medium to high complexity, value, or risk.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end commercial lifecycle management.
- Awareness of NEC contract methodologies.
- Experience managing suppliers and engaging in collaborative commercial delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a project-driven environment.
