The role:
- As a People Programme Lead, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-impact programmes that support our Group People strategy.
- This is an exciting opportunity to lead meaningful change across a global organisation that supports defence, aerospace and engineering sectors that underpin national security and essential services.
- This is a role where your expertise will directly influence organisational performance and culture, while offering you the chance to grow your own leadership and programme management capability.
- Day-to-day, you'll work at the heart of our Corporate Services function, driving strategic initiatives that enhance how we attract, develop and empower our people.
Essential experience of the People Programme Lead:
- Demonstrable experience delivering complex projects and programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills across multiple levels.
- Proven ability to produce clear, impactful presentations and insights.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
- Adaptable and flexible in responding to changing business priorities.
Qualifications for the People Programme Lead:
