The Experis Academy offers delivery‑oriented individuals a unique opportunity to become highly skilled Project Controllers for Babcock International. As part of the Academy division, you will receive training and development while representing Experis (part of ManpowerGroup). The programme focuses on project, programme and portfolio management (P3M) and provides best‑in‑class training in project management, planning and controls, Primavera, Excel, negotiation, presentation, emotional intelligence and conflict resolution through scenario‑based learning workshops. The role supports Project Controller activities across projects and programmes in the engineering and defence space, requiring excellent customer‑facing and team‑working skills.

Responsibilities

  • Co‑ordinate and collate all Project Controls data.
  • Produce revenue and Project Controls reports.
  • Provide forward‑looking trends and variance analysis to identify expected Project Controls performance and comparisons against applicable targets.
  • Facilitate re‑forecasting exercises with the Project Team to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Ensure Project Controls reporting alignment with the Project WBS.
  • Assist with monthly billing.
