Babcock International in Bristol is seeking a Senior Human Factors Engineer to join our Mission Systems team.
You will lead HF Integration activities and apply human-centred design to make defence systems intuitive, safe, and operable for operators and maintainers.
Working with multidisciplinary teams and customers, you will influence system design across the lifecycle and mentor junior engineers while developing HF capability within the business.
Hybrid working available with a 37-hour week.
