As a Resourcing Lead, you will take the lead in delivering talent solutions across major clean energy and nuclear projects. This is a pivotal role where you will influence how we attract and secure the skills needed to deliver nationally significant programmes. Working at the heart of our People Services function, you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and partners to ensure we have the right people, with the right skills, at the right time. This is a full‑time role based at our Bristol site. Flexible working patterns are available, and travel to other customer sites will be expected.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of resourcing strategies to support large‑scale programmes and projects.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and future talent needs.
- Collaborate with managed service and recruitment process outsourcing partners to ensure effective hiring delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, ensuring a high‑quality and timely service.
- Use data and insights to inform decision‑making and improve hiring outcomes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of delivering sourcing strategies within an in‑house or human resources function.
- Experience working within large‑scale construction, engineering, or industrial environments, with both blue‑ and white‑collar workforces.
- Strong stakeholder relationship building and influencing skills at all levels across a complex organisation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, for managing and analysing data.
- Hold a full United Kingdom driving licence.
- Be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
