In our Mission Systems business, you’ll help deliver cutting‑edge capabilities that support national security and protect what matters most.
The role:
- Lead the integration of complex hardware and software systems, ensuring solutions are delivered at pace and to the highest standards.
- Support bid activities, design development and end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Drive engineering governance, standards and quality while resolving technical challenges.
- Oversee and mentor multidisciplinary teams, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2‑3 days onsite, potentially to go up to 4‑5 days onsite.
Essential experience:
- Strong experience of integration of hardware and software.
- Experience of BID support.
- Strong stakeholder (both external and internal) management experience.
- Line management experience.

Security Clearance:
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. To obtain Developed Vetting (DV) in post. Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
