The role
As a PeopleCentre Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You play a vital role in ensuring our people have the timely, accurate and supportive service they need throughout their career with us. Day-to-day, you’ll be required to:
- Support payroll submissions accurately and on time
- Respond to employee queries and signpost to the appropriate specialist teams
- Manage enquiries related to benefits, salary sacrifice, maternity, paternity and sickness
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure queries are resolved promptly and professionally
- Handle a high-volume workload while maintaining a positive and solutions-focused approach
This position is a 37‑hour‑per‑week role, based at our Warrington site. Hybrid working patterns are available.
Essential experience of the PeopleCentre Administrator:
- Demonstrating previous HR administrative experience with the ability to manage a large and varied workload
- Using Microsoft Office applications confidently
- Providing excellent customer service within a customer-facing role
- Communicating clearly and professionally with stakeholders
- Working effectively as part of a team in a busy environment
Qualifications for the PeopleCentre Administrator:
