The role
As a People Programme Lead, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-impact programmes that support our Group People strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to lead meaningful change across a global organisation that supports defence, aerospace and engineering sectors that underpin national security and essential services. This role allows you to influence organisational performance and culture while growing your own leadership and programme management skills. You will be at the heart of our Corporate Services function, driving strategic initiatives that enhance how we attract, develop and empower our people.
- Leading the planning and delivery of people-focused programmes using structured project methodologies
- Driving stakeholder engagement and ensuring alignment across teams and business units
- Managing project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate
- Delivering high-quality analysis, insights and presentations to support decision-making
- Inspiring teams by clearly communicating programme goals and connecting them to wider business objectives
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with hybrid working arrangements (onsite and home).

- Demonstrable experience delivering complex projects and programmes
