Support aviation operations through effective warehousing and stock control. This is a practical, hands-on role within Clothing Stores, supporting logistics and supply-chain activity that enables aviation operations to run smoothly and efficiently.
The role:
- As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be responsible for the issue, receipt, storage, and control of stock in line with agreed processes and safety standards.
- Working as part of a close-knit onsite team, you’ll support day-to-day warehouse activity and ensure accurate record-keeping across all transactions.
- Issue, receive, and store stock in line with supply-chain and warehouse procedures.
- Carry out physical stocktaking and support stock reconciliations as required.
- Assist with kitting activities in support of RAF recruit requirements.
- Complete warehouse documentation and system transactions accurately.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and cleanliness standards across warehouse areas.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:00 and Friday 08:00–16:00.
Essential experience:
- A reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Good attention to detail and a safety-focused approach.
- Confidence using basic IT systems and warehouse applications.
- Willingness to follow procedures and support operational priorities.

Security Clearance:
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
