Babcock International Group is seeking an Apprenticeship and Skills Development Supervisor to lead apprenticeship and staff development programmes, developing future talent and strengthening workforce capability across our Land sector.
The role is based onsite at Bovington, near Wareham, Dorset, with standard hours of 08:00–16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00–13:00 Friday, totaling 37 hours per week; some travel to Lulworth is expected and Security Check clearance is required.
