As a Vehicle Mechanic, you’ll be at the heart of our mission ensuring the operational readiness of vehicles that support the UK’s armed forces and emergency services. From quad bikes to battle tanks, your expertise will help maintain, repair, and enhance a wide range of equipment, making a real difference to national security and public safety.
This is a full-time, permanent role based at either Donnington or Cottesmore. You’ll work 37 hours per week : Monday – Thursday (8 hours / day) and Friday (5 hours), with opportunities for overtime.
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to pass a targeted medical questionnaire and / or medical examination as a condition of employment for this role.
What do I need?
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance
- Preferred : Experience with military vehicles or specialist equipment
- Proven experience in vehicle diagnostics, inspection, and repair
- Ability to conduct road tests and complete technical documentation
- Background in a dealership, garage, or military vehicle maintenance
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and development
- Strong commitment to safety and precision
- Ability to obtain BPSS and SC security clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
