Lead high-performing teams that power critical national operations. In this role you will manage a team of Supply Chain Coordinators, oversee order management, ensure services and systems are delivered efficiently, and continuously improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Supply Chain Coordinators to achieve business and personal objectives
- Oversee open order management, requisition to purchase order conversion, and invoice query resolution
- Monitor team performance against key performance indicators and service level agreements
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and best practice
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to support accurate reporting and forecasting
Essential Experience
- Proven experience within supply chain or procurement operations
- Demonstrable experience managing or leading teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong knowledge of order management, goods received processes and invoice resolution
- Ability to analyse data, produce reports and communicate insights effectively
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Qualifications
- GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English, or equivalent
Desirable
- CIPS qualification or equivalent
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check security clearance for this role. Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
