Drive operational excellence within nuclear programmes.

The role involves enabling the effective delivery of nuclear programmes by providing structured business support across operational, governance and performance activities. This is an opportunity to work at the centre of programme delivery, ensuring processes run smoothly, stakeholders are supported, and key business priorities are achieved.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the coordination of business operations to ensure effective programme delivery.
  • Managing governance activities, including reporting, planning and performance tracking.
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Providing oversight and organisation of business support functions across the team.
  • Ensuring compliance with nuclear, regulatory and company standards.

This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.

Essential Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in a business support, operations or coordination role.
  • Experience working within a regulated or complex environment (e.g. nuclear, engineering, defence).
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against deadlines.
  • Experience supporting governance, reporting or operational processes.

Security Clearance:

The successful candidate must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. Many positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
