As a Business Associate you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the heart of a growing and high-profile part of our business, supporting the management of critical nuclear infrastructure programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Devonport Infrastructure business management team, where your insights and analysis will directly contribute to the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of nuclear facilities that support national security.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Lead reporting activities for Nuclear Operations contracts, producing performance dashboards and metrics.
  • Collate forecast data and develop business cases to support contract growth and change.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver actions and mitigate risks across the business.
  • Analyse workforce data and support long-term workforce and business planning.
  • Monitor financial performance, forecast costs, and develop reporting tools to support decision-making.

Essential Experience

  • Demonstrable experience using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in data analysis and interpreting data to build meaningful business insights.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels.
  • Awareness of commercial or financial processes within a business environment.
  • Experience with SAP or Power BI would be advantageous.

Qualifications

  • A degree in a STEM or business-related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) / Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPPI) security clearance for this role.
