Overview

Support senior leaders and enable teams across the Rosyth operations site. Manage office environment, coordinate workplace activities, and lead a small team to provide high‑quality administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day office environment, ensuring spaces are safe, efficient and well maintained.
  • Lead and develop a team of Business Support Specialists, allocating work and driving high performance.
  • Coordinate closely with Facilities Management and Health and Safety teams to address workplace needs.
  • Support senior leaders with complex administration, including diaries, travel, meetings and communications.
  • Organise key events, visits, and stakeholder engagements, such as site tours and VIP access.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience in office, facilities, or workplace management.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience with a collaborative, people‑focused approach.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in office management, facilities management or business support (essential).
  • Demonstrable leadership or team management experience (essential).
  • Professional qualifications in facilities or health and safety (e.g. IOSH or NEBOSH) desirable.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be a sole UK National who can achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
