The role:
As an Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth delivery of critical nuclear defence programmes. Working at the heart of a dynamic, multi‑disciplinary environment, you’ll provide essential administrative support that keeps commercial processes accurate, organised, and on track. This is a full‑time role working 37 hours per week, based at our Glasgow site, with hybrid working patterns available.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining resource tracking systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
- Supporting diary coordination and administrative needs for leadership teams
- Assisting with onboarding new project team members to ensure a smooth start
- Providing administrative support to commercial and project activities
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to help keep project processes running efficiently
Essential experience:
- Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
- Using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel confidently
- Working in an administrative or office support role
- Organising and prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Collaborating with teams and stakeholders in a professional environment
Qualifications:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics, or NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or similar)
- Additional administrative qualifications or training would be advantageous
Security Clearance:
