As a Digital Engineering Specialist, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. We have opportunities for Digital Engineering Specialists to work on a wide range of Digital Engineering projects. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering structured digital information that supports the design, maintenance, and development of critical infrastructure for the Royal Navy’s submarine fleet. What you’ll do:
- Creating and managing digital models using Revit and other BIM tools.
- Supporting model federation, clash detection, and 4D/5D simulations using Navisworks, Solibri, and Synchro.
- Applying Uniclass classifications and COBie data to meet project information requirements.
- Collaborating with engineering, design, and project teams to ensure digital outputs support coordination and delivery.
- Contributing to BIM Execution Plans, MIDPs, TIDPs, and digital delivery strategies.
What you’ll need:
- A degree in engineering, construction, or a scientific discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with the UK BIM Framework, ISO, COBie, and Uniclass.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in nuclear, defence, or similarly regulated sectors (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of BIM authoring platforms such as Revit.

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
