Each rotation is designed to build technical and professional skills with increasing levels of responsibility and autonomy. By the end, you’ll have a solid foundation in digital engineering and the skills to advance in a fast-evolving industry.

How do we develop and support you?

From day one, you’ll receive structured support, personalised training, and dedicated mentorship. You’ll join our Graduate Development Programme with masterclasses on communication, personal branding, resilience, and wellbeing.
